Marcellus Child Care Center

Marcellus Community Child Care Center, MCCC, is housed in the First Presbyterian Church building and is dedicated to children. Our center’s safe environment and experienced, caring teachers help children develop vital learning skills and social confidence.

We focus on meeting each and every child’s developmental and educational needs.

We have programs for infants through elementary school students; we are here to meet the needs of your family. We are open year round [except for major holidays] and provide care even when school is closed.

At MCCC we know that children learn best when they are actively engaged in constructing their own knowledge. Self-directed exploration and play build problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Our teachers supplement these experiences with large group activities that encourage socialization. We strive to build the foundations that set children on a path of life-long learning.

Our program focuses on the growth of the whole child; we provide daily opportunities in four key areas of development: social, physical, emotional, and intellectual.
