MFPC youth joined Tom O’Neill at the Sleep in Heavenly Peace (SHP) headquarters in Syracuse to get a tour of the facility and learn the “nuts and bolts” of building and delivering beds to children in need in the Syracuse area. Tom and his crew are dedicated to this special mission and our youth were thrilled to learn all about the program. They even got to practice assembling a bed. They are looking forward to volunteering with SHP this year, helping to prepare parts for the beds and going along for deliveries.
